Q. How do I select a course?

Visit the course catalog to browse our offerings. You can search by categories.

Q. Are there prerequisites or language requirements?

No prerequisites are required. Our courses are open to all individuals, regardless of their backgrounds.

Our courses are conducted in English and include video lectures with English subtitles. Additionally, you can adjust the playback speed to facilitate better understanding. Since discussion boards are a crucial part of our courses, we recommend that students have a conversational command of English when pursuing a Certificate of Completion.

Q. When can I enrol on a course?

Whenever you are ready, we don’t have set time frames.

Q. When will I receive the course I have purchased?

You will receive the course login details within 30 min after purchasing.

Q. How long can I access the course for?

You will have full 2 months access (unless otherwise stated). You will also receive tutor support for the duration of your studies.

Q. Are your courses accessible on mobile devices?

Yes. In addition to desktop computers all courses can be easily accessed and taken on smart phones and tablets. Our interactive courses are built in HTML5 (which simply means they load fast, are easy to use on mobile devices and do not use up much data.

Q. Will I receive a qualification on completion of a course?

These course are all non Credit bearing, short courses with no associated qualifications. You will receive a certificate of completion upon course completion.

Q. Does these courses form part of larger Skills Programmes?

These Non Credit Bearing Short courses can be completed as short courses, in certain instances it may form part of an Learnership or Internship Programme, or serve as Notional Hours in a Skills Program. Contact info@4u2succeed.com for more information.

Q. What would I need to complete the training?

 These are full eLearning Courses. It is recommended that you do have a laptop or desktop with access to the Internet. Speakers will contribute to a better experience in the case of audio courses. Always ensure that you are in a quiet environment to allow you to focus on the course content.

Q. Will an Instructor guide me through the course?

These short courses are all self paced with no instructor involvement. Please contact us at info@4u2succeed.com, or complete the contact form for a list of Instructor as well as Virtual Instructor Lead Courses.

Q. How do I resolve technical issues with my course?

We have a dedicated support desk to assist with any login, access and other technical challenges that you might experience. send an email to support@4u2succeed.com for speedy resolution.

Registration Process & Financial Considerations

Q. How do I register?

Registration is available on our website. Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Click the “Apply Now” button in the top right corner of your screen.
  2. Select “Online Courses.”
  3. Choose your course(s).
  4. You will be asked for basic contact information and your credit card payment. We require full payment at the time of registration and all tuition is billed in US dollars. Be sure to check with your bank or credit card company, as your financial institution may charge a foreign transaction fee.
Q. When should I register?

Most courses are offered at least 3 times during the year. Certain courses can fill up quickly, so be sure to register early.

Q. My payment did not go through. What do I do?

We apologize for this inconvenience. We encourage you to reach out to your financial institution as further permissions may be needed to complete the payment. You are also welcome to write to info@4u2succeed.com for further guidance. Please wait a full 24 hours before trying again. A strong Internet connection and up-to-date browser are strongly recommended.

Q. Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend my Online Course?

For your convenience, we offer a five-day refund window from your course enrollment date. If you decide to cancel during this period, contact our support team at info@4u2succeed.com with your order details and reason for cancellation. Once approved, we’ll process your refund within [X] business days. Please note that currency conversion fees by your credit-card issuer are non-refundable. After processing, course access will be revoked. Partial refunds may apply if a significant portion of the course has been accessed. We’re here to ensure a straightforward and transparent refund process.
